Accessibility Statement

At [VCI], we are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to ensure that content is easy to navigate, readable, and usable across various devices and assistive technologies. While we continuously work to improve accessibility, we recognize that some features may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. We welcome feedback from our users and encourage anyone experiencing difficulties to contact us so we can address accessibility concerns and provide assistance where needed.

What web accessibility is

VCI, an interior design company, is committed to ensuring its website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA level conformance. Features like screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, resizable text, and high-contrast options enable seamless exploration of our portfolios, services, and design inspirations for individuals with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

VCI declares partial compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standard due to third-party content beyond our direct control. Specifically, embedded interactive design tools from external providers (e.g., 3D room planners at /tools/planner and video galleries from Vimeo at /portfolio/videos) and payment gateways on the booking pages may not fully meet all WCAG success criteria, such as complete keyboard accessibility or real-time captions. VCI actively monitors these integrations, requests conformance reports from vendors, and provides alternative text-based booking options or static portfolio previews where possible, while working toward full compliance.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

VCI demonstrates its organizational commitment to accessibility through dedicated features and practices integrated into the website for an interior design company. These include keyboard-only navigation for motor impairments, screen reader compatibility with alt text on all design images and portfolios, adjustable text sizes and high-contrast modes to aid visual impairments, and clear, simple language throughout service descriptions and galleries. Additional arrangements feature skip links for quick access to main content, captions on embedded videos showcasing interior projects, consistent heading structures for cognitive ease, and compatibility testing with tools like JAWS and NVDA screen readers
